Returns & Refunds policy
1. Saddles & Tack
• All second-hand saddles and tack are sold as described, with detailed condition notes provided before purchase.
• Customers may request a refund if the item is returned in the same condition within 7 days of purchase.
• Refunds are not available for items damaged, altered, or misused after delivery.
• Trial saddles must be returned within the agreed trial period. Failure to return on time or in original condition may result in charges or refusal of refund.
• Customers are responsible for all courier costs when returning goods.
2. Saddle Fitting Services
• Saddle fitting service fees are non-refundable once the fitting session has taken place.
• If you cancel a booking at least 48 hours in advance, you may reschedule without penalty.
• Missed appointments or late cancellations are non-refundable.
3. Refund Process
• To request a refund, contact us at hello@saddlefittingsolutions.co.za
• Items must be returned to our designated address in South Africa.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
4. Exceptions
• Custom orders, special fittings, or items sold “as-is” are not eligible for refunds.
• Clearance or discounted items may be excluded from refund eligibility (clearly marked at purchase).
5. Consumer Rights
This policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa, which ensures fair treatment and reasonable return rights. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under South African law.
