If the saddle fits – perfect, no further action required. If the saddle does not meet your requirements, it must be returned in the same condition within the 7-day trial period. A refund will be processed once the saddle is received and inspected at Saddle Fitting Solutions premises. Courier costs both ways (to and from you) are for the client’s account, with delivery available nationwide. After the 7-day trial period, no refunds or returns will be accepted.
